  • Install in a clean, dust-free environment.
  • Use professional tools such as a felt-edge squeegee, heat gun, and precision knife.
  • Avoid sharp or metal tools that may damage the film.

✅During Installation

  • ALUKOVINYL PPF offers excellent flexibility and conformability.
  • Use low to medium heat when applying to curves and avoid excessive stretching.
  • Apply even pressure and remove air and moisture from the center outward.
  • Trim excess film after proper positioning.

✅After Installation & Maintenance

  • Avoid washing the vehicle or heavy rain exposure for 72–120 hours after installation.
  • Use pH-neutral car wash products.
  • Avoid waxes or solvent-based cleaners.
  • Regularly check film edges to prevent lifting or peeling.
