Right to Cancel

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Cancellation Processing
Once we receive your cancellation request, usually we will process it  within 1 business days. If you have already paid for your order, we will refund your payment within 7 business days to your original payment account. Please note that the time it takes for your refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing time.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, please follow our return policy for the return process.

Return/Exchange Processing
Once we receive and approve your returned item, we will process your return or exchange request as quickly as possible. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as we receive your returned item.

The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
All tags, accessories, manuals, and other accompanying materials must be included and not used or worn.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet these requirements.

Item Exchanges
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship out the new item as soon as possible (usually within 2 business days). If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original item, we will refund the difference. If the price is higher, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm if you are willing to pay the difference.

Please note that if you receive a damaged item, you must contact us immediately upon receipt. We will not accept any return or exchange requests after the item has been signed for more than 7 days.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a 7-day refund. If a return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost, which may vary depending on the chosen courier company. However, if the goods are received damaged or incorrect due to our fault, the consumer is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
