🚗 Vinyl Wrap Warranty
1. Coverage:
This warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- Adhesive failure or issues such as bubbling, cracking, or peeling under normal use.
- Fading, discoloration, or peeling caused by material or manufacturing defects.
2. Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Improper installation or user error.
- Physical damage from accidents, impacts, or harsh weather.
- Fading or discoloration from extreme environmental conditions (e.g., high/low temperatures, intense UV, salt exposure).
- Improper cleaning methods (e.g., high-pressure washing or abrasive materials).
⚠️ Important: Always inspect the product before installation. Warranty claims will not be accepted for defects visible prior to installation. However, if you follow our recommendation to test a small section first, such issues are exempt from this exclusion.
3. How to File a Warranty Claim:
Send Order number & Photos of the damaged wrap& Detailed description of the issue via email to service@alukovinyl.com
After review, we will provide repair, replacement, or other options depending on the extent of damage.
🚕PPF & Color PPF Warranty
1. Coverage:
Defects in materials or workmanship that result in discoloration, fading, peeling, bubbling, or cracking.
Packaging defects, including damaged original packaging or sealing issues.
Our PPF films are protected by an 8-year product warranty.
2. Exclusions:
- Visible defects prior to installation (unless a preliminary test was conducted).
- Improper installation or self-installation that does not follow manufacturer guidelines.
- Failure to follow recommended maintenance or care instructions.
- Damage from accidents, impacts, or environmental extremes.
- Improper cleaning (e.g., harsh chemicals, corrosive agents, high-pressure washing).
3. How to Activate and File Your Warranty:
Within 14 days of installation, Send the order number, photos and detailed description via email : service@alukovinyl.com
⚠️ Important: Always inspect the product before installation. Warranty claims will not be accepted for defects visible prior to installation.
Note: Normal wear and tear, peeling, and damage from accidents, impacts, or poor maintenance are not covered under this warranty.
Alukovinyl is not responsible for any issues that occur during or after installation. An exception applies only if our customer service staff has specifically recommended trimming a section for a test application. we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
