We want every install to be a success, and we’re happy to offer tips or guidance if needed. However, installation outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as results may vary depending on user experience and external conditions.

🚗 Vinyl Wrap 

1.  Warranty Coverage 

This warranty protects against verified defects in materials and manufacturing processes under standard usage conditions:

• Fulfillment & Shipping Errors: Receipt of incorrect items, missing products, or discrepancies in specified roll size, color, or finish.

• Damage Upon Arrival: Physical damage or product defects sustained during transit prior to installation (claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery).

• Material & Production Defects: Adhesive breakdown, film delamination (layer separation), cracking, bubbling, or edge lifting resulting solely from underlying manufacturing defects or raw material flaws under normal environmental conditions.

• Adhesive Integrity: Structural failure of the adhesive backing that occurs during normal application and intended lifespan, independent of installation technique.

2. Warranty Exclusions & Limitations 

This warranty strictly excludes coverage for damages, failures, or losses arising from the following factors:

1. Improper Handling & Installation:

   • Errors made during application, installer misuse, or insufficient surface cleaning/preparation prior to application.

   • Overstretching, overheating, or improper use of heat guns/heating tools.

   • Improper storage conditions, rough handling, inaccurate cutting, or improper trimming.

   • Post-installation defects (such as bubbles, wrinkles, creases, lifting, or peeling) attributable to installation errors or environmental contamination during application.

2. Physical & Environmental Damage:

   • Accidents, mechanical impacts, stone chips, scratches, or severe weather conditions.

   • Fading, dulling, or discoloration resulting from prolonged exposure to extreme high/low temperatures, intense UV radiation, salt spray, industrial fallout, or pollution.

   • Improper cleaning methods, including the use of high-pressure washers closer than recommended distances or harsh, abrasive, acidic, or solvent-based cleaning chemicals.

3. Material & Display Variations:

   • Minor color discrepancies caused by ambient lighting, photography, screen display settings, or standard manufacturing production batch variations.

4. Paint & Secondary Damage:

   • Original paint damage, paint peeling, or clear coat detachment occurring during film removal. (Coverage applies strictly to OEM factory paint in pristine condition; repainted or compromised surfaces are not warranted).

5. Financial & Labor Exclusions:

   • Labor charges, professional installation/removal fees, reapplication costs, shipping fees, or loss of vehicle use/downtime.

3. Special Finish /Colors Warranty Exclusions

Some specialty finish products are not eligible for ALUKOVINYL 2-year limited warranty because of its special finish/colors .

• Matte Glitter Diamond wrap 
• Gloss & Matte Fluorescent Wrap

4. How to File a Warranty Claim:

Please send these via email service@alukovinyl.com

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged roll
• Photo of the box specification 
• Detailed description of the issue 
• Whether the film has been installed or not
• Whether the film was installed by a professional installer or DIY

Please keep the product, packaging, and any affected material until the claim is resolved. After review, we will provide repair, replacement, or other options depending on the extent of damage.If a warranty claim is approved, ALUKOVINYL may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another compensation solution which works for both.

⚠️ Important:

Always inspect the product before installation. 

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty claims must be submitted within the eligible warranty period.

Installing, cutting, modifying, or using the product may affect warranty eligibility, especially if the issue could have been identified before installation.

ALUKOVINYL reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete, unsupported by evidence, outside the warranty period, or caused by improper use, improper installation, or external conditions.

🚕PPF & Color PPF

1. Coverage:

Defects in materials or workmanship that result in discoloration, fading, peeling, bubbling, or cracking.
Packaging defects, including damaged original packaging or sealing issues.
Our PPF films are protected by an 8-year product warranty.

2. Exclusions:

• Visible defects prior to installation (unless a preliminary test was conducted).
• Improper installation or self-installation that does not follow manufacturer guidelines.
• Failure to follow recommended maintenance or care instructions.
• Damage from accidents, impacts, or environmental extremes.
• Improper cleaning (e.g., harsh chemicals, corrosive agents, high-pressure washing).
• Special manufacturing processes, such as "Eclipse Black," are not covered.

3. How to Activate and File Your Warranty:

Within 14 days of installation, Send the order number, photos and detailed description via email : service@alukovinyl.com

⚠️ Important: Always inspect the product before installation.  

Note: Normal wear and tear, peeling, and damage from accidents, impacts, or poor maintenance are not covered under this warranty.

Alukovinyl is not responsible for any issues that occur during or after installation. An exception applies only if our customer service staff has specifically recommended trimming a section for a test application. we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: IN NO EVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO VEHICLE DOWNTIME, RENTAL FEES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR THIRD-PARTY LABOR COSTS) ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT.
