TPU Gloss Metallic Silver Colored PPF – Built Around What Buyers Actually Care About
🚘 Tired of Wraps That Look Good… Then Fade Fast?
Many metallic films lose their sharpness within months. The TPU Gloss Metallic Silver Colored PPF is designed to hold a consistent silver tone, not just on day one. This TPU Gloss Silver Colored PPF maintains a stable gloss layer that resists dulling, so your car keeps that clean, high-end look longer.
💰 One Installation, Two Functions (Style + Protection)
Instead of choosing between aesthetics and durability, this film combines both. It works as a color upgrade and a protective shield, reducing repaint costs and avoiding the need for separate PPF + wrap solutions—saving time and budget.
🧩 For Installers: Less Risk, More Control
A common frustration is uneven metallic distribution or stretch marks. This film is engineered for visual consistency, meaning fewer installation surprises and a more uniform finish across panels—especially important for professional car wrap projects.
🌆 For Daily Drivers: Real Protection Where It Matters
City scratches, parking scuffs, highway debris—these are everyday problems. With a 7.5mil (±3%) TPU structure and strong impact resistance, the TPU Gloss Metallic Silver Colored PPF helps reduce visible damage from real-world driving, not just ideal conditions.
☀️ Heat, Sun, Pollution—Handled
Built with 98.5% UV resistance and tested under extreme conditions (110°C / long exposure), this TPU Gloss Silver Colored PPF is made for outdoor environments—keeping both color and performance stable over time.
🧼 Low-Maintenance Appeal for Busy Owners
The surface resists stains and reduces dirt adhesion, meaning fewer washes and less effort to maintain that clean metallic finish—ideal for users who want premium results without constant upkeep.
🔄 “Always New” Visual Effect
Instead of slowly aging, the film actively recovers. Minor scratches fade with heat, allowing the surface to continuously refresh itself—keeping the vehicle looking freshly wrapped.
What Makes It Stand Out in the Market

Surface Preparation is Critical:
Wash the vehicle thoroughly to remove dirt, wax, and grease.
Work in a Controlled Environment:
Install in a dust-free, well-lit area.
Use High-Quality Installation Tools:
A squeegee with a felt edge, heat gun, and precision knife are essential. Avoid sharp or metal tools that could scratch the film.
Stretch & Position Carefully:
Aluko’s PPF is highly conformable, but use a heat gun (low-medium heat) to soften the film for complex curves. Overstretching can thin the film—gentle tension is key.
Squeegee from the Center Outward:
Start in the middle and push air/water toward the edges to prevent trapped bubbles. Apply firm, even pressure to ensure full adhesion.
Trim Excess Film Before Final Drying:
Use a fresh, sharp blade for clean cuts. Leave a small margin (1-2mm) near edges to avoid peeling.
Allow Proper Curing Time:
Avoid washing or heavy rain for at least 24-48 hours to let the adhesive fully bond.
Avoid Harsh Chemicals & Automatic Car Washes:
For the first 2 weeks, hand wash only with pH-neutral car shampoo. Avoid strong solvents, waxes, or silicone-based products—they can damage the film’s hydrophobic layer.
Use Heat to Reactivate Self-Healing Properties:
If minor scratches appear, park in sunlight or use warm water to activate the self-repairing top coat.
Regular Maintenance for Longevity:
Use a PPF-safe detailer spray to maintain gloss and prevent contaminants from bonding. Inspect edges periodically to ensure no lifting occurs.
