It looks like paint! All I have to say not installed yet doing a full wrap but compared to brands like 3m this has less orange peel and the finish looks better than some oem paint jobs.
I am a complete novice and would recommend this product highly. This is a very good brand. I didn't know this until after I bought. Plus I didn't realise how difficult mirrors were beforehand either. Damn. I learned a ton and have a lot more confidence doing other panels but the mirrors took me a couple hours each to get right. I took them off the vehicle which was probably a huge mistake. But this product was very forgiving and I was able to restart, heat up and reapply many time over to get something that looks decent. I ended up with a few finger folds but for my first time but I am happy with it. Much smoother than any spray wrap would have been and much cheaper than having a pro do it. A lot of fun overall. Can't recommend enough.
This was easy to work with. The color is beautiful. You can cut clean sharp edges and it doesn't rip. It on rolls easily. The adhesive holds up nicely. It's not super thick but it doesn't feel cheap, the quality is definitely there.
